- Regional Mortgage Manager, Guaranty Trust Company of Canada, in Vancouver BC (1980 to 1983)
- Have held Real Estate Licence for over 35 years & have dealt with most types of transactions including residential, industrial, and investment properties.
- Was one of the initial owners of Team 100 Realty Inc., established in 1985.
- Have achieved various awards ranging from local M.L.S. awards to the Top National Award with a national real estate company.
- Have worked as Sellers Agent, Buyers Agent, and in some transactions, when warranted, as Dual Agent
- Enjoy a good relationship with developers, lawyers, municipal offices, and the local real estate community
- Have been an expert witness for O.M.B. hearings
- Have completed appraisals and investigations for the City of Thunder Bay
