Since April 1996, I have been a dedicated member of the Thunder Bay Real Estate Board. A past director of the Board, I have participated as a Committee Chair or Committee Member.
As an independent contractor representing Team 100 Realty Inc – Brokerage, I have been the recipient of several MLS Top 50 Awards and Team Awards. I attribute my success to hard work, a solid commitment to my customers, clients, co-workers, a supportive family and friends.
Because of the fast paced and ever changing world we live in today it is necessary for ongoing education to ensure my professional commitment to you and it is also a requirement of the Ontario Real Estate Association.
In August 2009, I received my designation as a Greenrealestate™ professional with The National Association of Green Agents and Brokers (NAGAB). As such, I am dedicated to promoting ways and means of reducing green house gas emissions, increasing building energy efficiency, conservation, overall sustainability and environmental awareness not only in my profession but in my personal life.
An active and supportive member of our community, you might meet me at our local Farmers Market, Magnus Theater, Border Cats baseball games, local hockey games, on the golf course, riding my bike or at one of our local curling clubs. If you do, please stop and introduce yourself as I enjoy meeting new people.
Some achievements in my life include representing Northern Ontario with my Senior Ladies curling team at the Canadian National Curling Championships not only in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan in March 2008 but the following year March 2009 in Summerside, PEI. Both memorable experiences!
Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, raising funds in golf tournaments or physically helping to build homes for families in Thunder Bay has also been a worthwhile and rewarding experience for me.
Born and raised in Dryden, Ontario - Thunder Bay has been home for over 30 years. My husband and I have raised our children here and plan to retire in Thunder Bay. We both agree that “superior by nature” Thunder Bay is a great community to live, work and retire.
